Target Audience:

The lecture has several models adapted to different target audiences: students, educators and parents.

General information:

Introduction to the leading movement in Israel in the field of integration and inclusion of children and youth with disabilities in a socio-educational activity. The lecture includes the development story of the movement as a leading social-educational framework, leading social change by children and youth, the tools we use within our branches, and how we stayed loyal to our spirit, vision and values while rapidly growing.

• The version adapted specifically for children includes reasons and motives for youth to join the movement, and what they can gain from participating in a diverse social group.
• The version adapted specifically for adults includes a brief description of the organization structure, and the balance between youth leadership and adult coordination, including in-depth overview of the growth from a small social startup to a leading social movement.

The duration of the session for children up to 4th grade is 45 minutes, 5th grade and up 90 minutes.
