Elementary schools – the training is extended to both teachers and students
Training objectives:
Recognizing diversity and accepting the other in society, while creating experiences for diverse groups to collaborat
Program Content:
As part of this program, the facilitator will lead group workshops with students on the subject of diversity, uniqueness, adaptations and accessibility in order to familiarize students with the unique strengths of other members of the group and challenges we all might face. As part of their learning experience, students will learn to work in diverse teams, and how to give and receive help from each other in order to achieve common goals. The purpose of the program is to allow students to get to know the other, the different from them, their uniqueness, their strengths and the challenges they face. The program combines game based learning and discussions.
