The Krembo Wings Impact Center is the professional and educational arm of Krembo Wings, created to expand inclusion beyond our branches and into schools, municipalities, workplaces, and communities across Israel.
Built on more than 20 years of experience in inclusive youth programming, the Impact Center develops practical tools, training programs, and community initiatives that help create more inclusive environments for people with and without disabilities.
The Center’s work focuses on three main areas:
- Youth & Young Adult Programs
- Professional Training & Education
- Partnerships & Community Outreach
Youth & Young Adult Programs
The Impact Center creates structured programs that empower children, teens, and young adults to lead inclusion in their communities.
These include:
- Ambassadors of Influence – a leadership program for school-aged children that equips them to lead inclusion projects in their schools and local communities.
- Krembo 21+ – a community-based program for young adults with and without disabilities, offering continued opportunities for leadership, social connection, and belonging beyond the youth movement years.
Professional Training & Education
The Center provides workshops, seminars, and practical training for:
- educators
- school staff
- municipal leaders
- organizations and companies
These programs offer real “how-to” tools for building inclusive spaces and implementing accessible practices
Partnerships & Community Outreach
The Center works with municipalities, schools, NGOs, and businesses to embed inclusion into everyday life and strengthen community resilience through cross-sector collaboration.
