\t\t\t\nThe Center Offers:<\/strong><\/p>\nA variety of seminars, workshops, and lectures.<\/a> We offer a range of training opportunities for formal and informal educators, for public and private companies interested in expanding the processes of inclusion and belonging in the workplaces for which they are responsible, for local municipalities and the general public.<\/p>\n The purpose of the training is to expand the toolbox and the professional knowledge of the participants in order to make accessible and adapt common activity areas in all the existing community spaces in order to create a meaningful place for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t We also bring the social-educational model for inclusion and belonging to the employment world. The law for the adequate representation of people with disabilities in workplaces and the pursuit of equal opportunities has brought many employers to face a relatively new field of knowledge for them.<\/p>\n Today, we consult for public and private companies in the field of inclusion and belonging in Israel and around the world, thus enabling many employers to understand and recognize the unique benefit in this field – far beyond the application of the law itself:<\/p>\n ‘Krembo Wings’ has been recognized for about 4 years as an official adviser to the United Nations. In this framework, we update our training units and thus bring the most up-to-date social models to the trainees.<\/p>\n The concept of belonging developed in ‘Krembo Wings’ also adapts itself to different social and educational spaces and we work hard on the necessary adjustments for each framework, age group, and community.<\/p>\n ‘Krembo Wings’ is a national youth movement for children and adolescents both with and without disabilities that aims to promote shared inclusive activity that engenders a sense of belonging. The heterogeneous encounter taking place in the movement contributes to raising the social sensitivity and familiarity of its members with the full spectrum of communities in Israeli society. \nVarious definitions refer to ‘integration’ in the context of including a person with a disability, fulfilling the right of a person with a disability to belong, and more. In ‘Krembo wings’ integration passes in all life cycles of the movement, beginning with the assimilation of the ideology and continuing with the definition of the practice of adapting – the environment, method, conduct, accompaniment, and support to the unique needs of the person.\n
\na child with a disability. We chose to conduct a joint study with the ‘Krembo wings’ movement, because of
\nthe unique nature of the movement activity. We hypothesized that the duration of social-educational activities
\nthat the movement takes place will be linked to a change in the situation of the siblings to the child with the disabilities
\nIn the family, so the siblings without special needs will contribute by the very participation of their siblings with
\nThe disabilities in the various movement activities.\n
\nin ‘Krembo Wings’ youth movement?<\/strong>\nThis study explores the pros and cons of the integration and inclusion model of children and adolescents with disabilities
\nin ‘Krembo Wings’. The study is a qualitative study and is based on semi-structured interviews
\nof focus groups that include up mediators and members of the movement from various branches around the country, as well, there are
\ncombining observation reports on the movement weekly activities in two different branches. The interviews examine and seek
\nafter the motives for belonging to the movement, personal experience, social dynamics, movement values, and the issue of integration
\nAnd the inclusion of children and youth with disabilities in the movement. Interview participants openly shared on
\ntheir opinions and experiences and from this the main findings of the study were derived.
\nThe findings of the study indicated the advantages and disadvantages of the integration and inclusion model used in the movement.
\nBenefits such as ‘developing personal abilities and skills’ among children and adolescents with disabilities alongside ‘feeling’
\nBelonging, inclusion, and acceptance in the movement’. The findings of the model’s shortcomings indicated ‘non-professional assimilation in the field of education
\nespecially at the field level ‘alongside’ creating a utopian social reality ‘which may exclude them from general society
\nin the present and future.
\nIn light of these findings, a discussion was conducted in order to draw lessons and insights in order to improve and streamline the integration and inclusion experience
\nof children and adolescents with disabilities in youth movements in the country in general and in particular the customary model
\nin ‘Krembo Wings’.\n
\nMentors who have been active in the movement for two years or more and their parents. These two populations constitute two possible circles of influence: changes in the first circle are the circle of mentors, which will indicate a direct change resulting from participation in the activity. Changes in the second circle, which is the circle of parents\/siblings\/friends, will indicate an indirect change (which is expected to start only in the medium term) mediated by the participants in the activity.\n\n\t\tOur customers\n\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
